I am Trista, a ceramicist, film photographer, and nature enthusiast. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah with my husband and two dogs.

      As a kid, I thought the world was my canvas. I was often caught drawing on my blank bedroom walls, or anything else I could get my hands on. The first time I touched clay, I was a sophomore in high school and I immediately fell in love with it. After graduating in 2014, I didn't continue my ceramic endeavors. It wasn't until 2021 that I was reminded of the love I had for ceramics. Shortly after that, my husband gifted me my ceramic wheel and my passion for the craft was rekindled. One of my favorite aspects about ceramics is being able to put myself into each piece and share it with others.
